Environments

My vision for the environments was, on reflection, quite flawed. I was obsessed with conveying an aura of faux-luxury — trying to make statements through their design(I remember a guy I was chatting with in the default environment told me that while he loved the whiteboards, the sky and the ocean made him feel exposed and uncomfortable.) If I had to redo these environments now, I'd try to start with a fundamental inquiry into the social forces at work, and ask how I could create structures around them to facilitate them.

For some reason I was enamored with The Dark Knight's rendition of the Batcave, and wanted this to be a default environment.
